Online Zoom Fitness Training

EA Performance Online Zoom Fitness Training program caters for people with a busy lifestyle.

 

Whether you are working from home, in your office, at home with the kids or even at the park, I can train you using Zoom live.  I plan each workout based on your specific personal goals, show you each exercise and check your progress and techniques.

  • No gym equipment required

Mobile Personal Training

EA Performance provides mobile personal training for people who don’t want to commit to a gym membership or are workout around other people.

 

I am able to train you at your desired location, whether it is at your home, a park or at a gym at your residence.

 

Tell me your fitness goals then I can schedule the one-on-one personal training session based on your fitness goals.

  • Choice of 30 min or 45 min session

  • Discounts available when you bring a friend or more

to workout at the same session

Strength & Conditioning

EA Performance Strength and Conditioning is a unique program designed to improve your athletic performance with a combination of customised gym, track field workout, speed training for your specific sport.  I will guide you through the training to improve your agility, strength, power and mobility.

 

During our initial evaluation, I will learn about your sport’s background and history as an athlete to get a better understanding of what is required to improve, modify and recommend to maximise your performance.

$150 for minimum 2 weeks program

Hypertrophy/Strength Development

Hypertrophy training focuses on building an optimal lean muscle mass.  

 

EA Performance’s Hypertrophy / Strength Development program is based on exercises using the right techniques, building a balance between intensity and volume.  The ultimate goal of this program allows you to become physically leaner and stronger.

$120 for minimum 2 weeks program

My programs are suitable for everyone from general fitness to achieving specific goals

  • People without any motivation to train by themselves, I am here to guide and support you throughout your fitness journey
